Dave did an amazing job from start to finish on our first home purchase. My fiancee and I had no idea what to expect. Dave took the time to answer all of our questions and concerns in a very fast and professional manner. Dave got us a GREAT interest rate on our loan with a Lender who has been great to deal with these past couple of months after purchase. Dave provided price breakdowns on all the houses we toured so we knew exactly what we could expect to pay in insurance, taxes, closing costs, etc. His price breakdowns were so good that when we finally closed on our home, it was within $10 from the first one he gave before we went under contract to when we closed! Dave and his team did a fantastic job staying on top of the application process. So well in fact, that if the sellers weren't still living there, we could have closed in 30-days!
